Documents listed below are required prior to a full legal ceremony performance:

• Copy of passports of both parties;
  
• Copy of birth certificates of both parties;
  
• Certificates of No Impediment to Marriage of both parties ( Foreigners);
  
• Surat Keterangan Belum Pernah Menikah or Single status letter (for Indonesian);
  
• Certificate of Decree Absolute if divorced;
  
• Death Certificate of the Former Spouse if widowed;
  
• Copy of passports of two witnesses;
  
• 8 (Eight) pieces of photograph sized 4x6 posing the groom in the right side of the bride on red or blue background (available in Bali);
• Completed booking form, wedding arrangement form and civil form;

Two certificates of marriage will be presented by the end of ceremony, which means the bride and groom are legally pronounced husband and wife by faith and state. The civil certificate of marriage is legal not only in Indonesia, but also in original nations.
